Organization Background
The business was started by Mr. Julius Nyamazana with a keen eye; Mr. Nyamazana identified the gap existing in Namibia in terms of Credit Management in general and Debt management and Mediation in particular. This set a platform to explore his entrepreneurial skills through the opening of a business that would go on to cater for this identified need.
In a country experiencing a remarkably fluent financial system with relatively high Credit, Redforce Debt Management’s services serve as a fundamental service. This makes the demand for our services inevitably high and this keeps getting more intense. This opportunity triggered the conception of our business.
The head office is in Windhoek, Namibia where all the decisions are made by both the Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer who also happens to be the Technical Expert.

Our core business is the provision of Debt Management services to households, private businesses as well as public enterprises.
